Mr. Blog, about your leap year comment. Even though it didn't (and probably never will) happen, would you happen to be a proponent of the Dee Proposal?
The Dee Calender seems to be mostly about not copying the Gregorian Calender.
It has the "problem" of a five year interval ever 33 years. While the Gregorian skips a leap day every 100 years. It's probably six of one, half dozen of the other.
