Correct me if I'm wrong but don't pro sports prevent teams from "raiding" coaching staffs unless it is a promotion. Why not NCAA as well? We were somewhat up against it before but this is a definate setback. I don't think going backwards is the way to go. Who is out there that is available and capable?
Regardless of coaching staff vacancies, I'm excited about our recruits and the upcoming season. Can't wait till September and seeing UConn again; the last time was great!
No chance Picucci comes back. Better off at a lower level of football. Molnar is going to run the offense anyway. They'll find someone to fill the spot just fine.
Who cares what Molnar looks like.... He's already a better coach than Morris ever was. He put together a heck of class in less than 2 months. The team has bought in to him and his staff. Picucci or any other old coaches will never coach at UMass again as long as he is the head coach.

Does umass bring back Brian picucci at this point? If not where else do we go to find an oc when teams are almost in spring ball?
The time of the season doesn't matter. What matters is umass doesn't have big money to lure a coach from another program.

Molnar is one strange looking guy. He looks like a catholic priest.
At this late point in the year, go after some of the successful FCS OCs or D2 HCs. The AD has gotta act soon.

Nope probably right that Picucci belongs a a lower level.
You should express your expertise to the Patriots since they don't know what they're doing.
Picucci's now a Patriots coach hired personally by Belichick.
