MassLive.com reports UMass is seeking $33 Million to support UMass athletics. Part of the project is to fund the new football operations center and new press box at McGuirk.

Hopefully, all the people who have been wailing about the move to Gillette will join the program to upgrade McGuirk

from the Top Roww

regarding Coach Rolo and his stay here. Would much rather have coaches on staff that are wanted by others than not.

Too bad it did not work out his offenses have been piling up yards for years. Just the same Coach Charlie has piled up yards at W Mich and Cincy too.

Have a nice day ! ! !

Brian Kelley called every play at Cent Michigan and cinnci. Molnar was not the play caller. Just like Keith Dudzinski was the d coordinator at umass under Brown.

Do you realize how stupid you sound by constantly claiming there is nothing wrong with a team moving nearly 2 hours from campus to play home games?

Do you realize how stupid and short sighted your comment is? If we don't make this move, UMass Football would not even exist as a program in the next 3-5 years. We need to make this move to preserve football and Amherst. Pony up and contribute to the capital fund and it will help bring the team back to Amherst for 2 games a year. We will be able to play top teams at Gillette and it will help immensely in the recruiting process. 2 games in Amherst and four at one of the best stadiums in the country as well as statewide exposure, that's what I call a Massachusetts team
