Game Day--Miami (Ohio) November 21st, 2015

A big red sky here in Jaffrey at dawn, but the weather at McGuirk is supposed to be partly sunny with a high in the mid forties. In late November, that's pretty good for New England!

UMass should be getting some players back after last week's game. The return of Marken Michel should help spark the UMass passing game as the Red Hawks won't be able to blanket cover Tajae Sharpe. Another big day from Marquis Young and Jamal Wilson should help too.

I'll be there cheering for the Minutemen.

GO UMASS!!!

Whipple-win or else! We remember you having a 41-14 lead last year...and blowing it.

Biggest joke of the day is that 4th down play there was 1 cornerback on 3 receivers at the top of the formation. Blake could have tossed it to either of the 2 uncovered guys for the first down and more...didn't even look out at the coverage. Bring on Comis...

Now we see you lead an uninspired crew out at halftime. Keep playing Fro for one more game, just to prove us all wrong. He has been bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, and poor the last six weeks! We all saw twenty yards of running room on 3rd and 10, in fourth quarter, he slowly runs seven yards, encounters one small cornerback, who makes a tackle by the ankles, Fro does not even try to jump. One dimensional. We all know what happens next-sack. I expect Whipple to do the same thing next week. He is too stubborn to admit he has been wrong for 6 weeks running. What will we know about our QB's for next year?
Now is time for the or else.

Hey Whip, did you hear what Miami Head Coach Chuck Martin said about his defense? "We are scary young, we play a lot of freshmen". Now tell me, what year is your QB?

Jette, Nesmith, Space, and two more... what do they have in common? Stay tuned...

The two men who deserve the most criticism for slow progress are John McCutcheon and Tim Kenney. They both did next to nothing in setting up the right support systems. All sports were held down by these two incompetents. I think UMASS is now in good hands, but need to play catch-up for years of inactivity.
