Lorenzo Woodley is the focus of this article by Matty Vautour. Woodley's totals of 50-228 4.6 AVE 3TD 43 LONG 45.6 AVE/G lead the Minutemen. His breakout game last Saturday of 160 yards was almost 18% of UMass' rushing total for 2104.

The feature back in Whipple's offense gets a lot of carries. The job is waiting for the running back who grabs it.

Hi Frank,

I have already given my congratulations on Saturday's game so this post won't address that.

This post concerns the despicable behavior of a Philly sports talk jock for his tweet concerning Victor Cruz's injury on Sunday.

In my opinion, this hack should lose his job. Other media personalities have lost their jobs for much less; ESPN should do the right thing and cut this loose cannon free.

It is NEVER correct behavior to celebrate an injury to a player, let alone do it with social media.

Anyone who agrees with this mental midget is not a true fan of sports.

My best wishes go out to Victor on a speedy and full recovery.

Before the anti-Philly comments come in, I am a fan of every Philly team (except the Eagles) and a UMass alum.

I listenED to Mike Miss every day. He is a great host. But I will no longer listen to him. No reason to tweet something like that. I could sort of see if Cruz was an obnoxious guy like T.O. or Dez Bryant but he's not.
