MassLive.com reports UMass jumped to #11 in The Sports Network Poll.

The Minutemen jumped to #9 in the FCS Coaches poll.

Delaware's Andrew Pierce received the CAA's Offensive Player-of-the-Week. He ran for 200 yards and two TD's-----against Duquesne. UMass' Hernandez and Griffin run for 211 yards and two TD's against Michigan and they don't get the award?


University of Wyoming has only 67 scholarship players. That's only four more than FCS teams. The Cowboys lost 56-6 to Boise State Saturday.

I think the more UMass gets disrespected, the more pissed off they'll be. That may be a very good thing. 22 for 29 and 222 yards against Michigan in the house? Child's play. We're talking Duquesne here, pal. And W & M above UMass in the ratings? Why not? UMass beat them only ONCE this year. The CAA will be like national lacrosse hierarchy--if you're from down there you matter---if not---what was your name again?

no question about it UMASS should be ranked over W & M they beat them head to head. makes zero sense
