If Penn State(Linebacker U) is interested in this recruit who plays that position I doubt is any FCS school is going to get him. That is, if Joe "Pa" is really interested and it isn't based on a letter to enroll for a Football Camp!
I went to high school with him and I can tell u firsthand that he got where he is by doing steroids. he wont do anything at the collegiate level because they test for that stuff....
