Frank, I believe Joe Jones and Jaurice Jones II are two different people. Joe Jones is from Georgia and Jaurice Jones II is from Linden, NJ. There is a mention of Jaurice heading to UMass here, http://njvarsity.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1235081.
But that should have been for this fall, and I don't believe he ever ended up coming to UMass. Maybe he is doing a year at a JUCO or Prep School?

I'm not sure what is going on here. The YouTube video was just posted recently.
Yeah, I can't find out much about the kid. Maybe he couldn't qualify academically for this fall? He's got some nice moves and we sure could use some help in the secondary, so hopefully he is coming on board for the big move.
Here is the whole situation with Jaurice Jones . He is from linden nj. Played football and basketball, a great athlete. I've watched him play and workout. A hard worker. He graduated in 2011 and was academically ineligable for the upcoming season. He took a class at a comm. College. and took the
S.A.T. a few more times to get his scores better. All state, all county and many more awards were awarded to him . . To view his highlight tape the title is... jaurice jones Umass Bound . He wears number 1 black white and orange on the tape.
