Spring Game Day--April 20, 2013

Well, the weather is supposed to clear out by the afternoon. Hope to see a lot of blog-friends at the festivities today.

Matty V. has look at how the UMass depth chart looks after Srping ball. It looks as if progress is being made. the Minutemen will have more athletes and more depth at RB, QB, TE, LB and DB.

UMass looks really thin at OL, and there are a lot of unknowns at WR. The Minutemen will also have 11 redshirt freshmen. As in 2012, a number of true freshmen recruits will likely see playing time.

OOC opponent Coach Bill Synder says college football is in a bad place right now. Snyder will receive $14.75 million over the next five years. That's one problem Coach Molnar does not have to worry about.
