Looks like the Sports Management Dept decided to have an on-line auction. I just wish they would auction-off used UMass gear.

I never heard back from the football equipment manager about buying used jerseys for my family.

Thanks for the picture of my on-line namesake--the great Dennis Dent!

Too bad you could not get some UMass game jerseys. I really like mine.

However, it was not easy to get. When we went to the spring game it was advertised on the UMass Athletic site that there would be a pre-sale of UMass jerseys. When we got there no one had any idea what we were talking about. We grabbed Mike Hodges and he went into the club house and found out for us. My group bought 5 jerseys.

At $50/jersey you would think that they would like to sell as many as possible. That's good $$$ to the athletic dept.

Try calling the AD's office and see what happens.

And yes, the real Dennis Dent was a great kick off returner!
