Recruiting 2016--Leon Flanagan IV

I've blogged about Leon Flanagan a number of times before.

Bob McGovern reports the 6-3 195 pound OLB has become the fourth member of the Minutemen's early signing class and will take part in Spring football.

Named first-team All-City.
