Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

The UMass Football Blog wishes all readers a joyous holiday season and a happy new year.

Christmas came early for UMass football fans with a trip to the National Championship game.

2006 was a great year for UMass football and UMass football fans.

Can't wait to see what 2007 brings.

Thank you, guys!

I have every intention of keeping the blog going in 2007.

Don't tell the national media, but I think UMass is going to be pretty good again.

I'm psyched! And the Bride has been hinting that Santa may have brought that Cannon 30D w/28-135 zoom lens I've been coveting...just the thing for Chattanooga next year.

Merry Christmas all!

Merry Christmas Everyone. Well 74, did you get that camera?

Yes! And it's a honey!

Heavy as a brick though. The large LCD monitor really makes it easier to navigate the various camera control menus.

The bride is really good to me...

Should have some good images next year.

The 30D has a 5 images/sec burst rate. Should make for some good action shots.

You guys should have seen all the shots I took of the back of the head of the guy in front of me. It took so long for the camera to cycle, I was pulling the camera down by the time it fired.

I had about five of those back-of-the-head shots at the National Championship game.
