UMass has signed a six year contract with the Buffalo Bulls. Buffalo announcement here.
This is an excellent series with a Northeast opponent. It's an easy drive out the NY Throughway for Minutemen fans. Mrs Blog and I went in 2013 to see a cold and rainy loss during Molnar's second year.
Like UMass, the Bulls received a lot of snark when they went FBS and joined the MAC. No more. Buffalo went 10-4 last year with wins over Temple and Rutgers. The Bulls played Troy in the Dollar General Bowl.
UMass now has ten games scheduled for both 2021 and 2022. The Minutemen need at least one Power Five money game for both years.
