Noah Boykin, a 6-2 170 pound CB from Notre Dame has announced he's transferring to UMass.

UMass DC Aazaar Abdul-Rahim's recruiting connections in the DC area probably were the reason Boykin chose the Minutemen.

Boykin will probably have to sit out 2019 and be eligible to play in 2020.
