The UMass feed has an image of UMass LB John Robinson-Woodgett working out with what looks to be a "fat bar". Thick bars really feel different. The regular bar weights 45 pounds; fat bars come in various sizes but the standard one only weighs 10 pounds more. It feels like it weighs about 75 :)
