Off-Season Training
Well, it's still a month to the start of Spring practice. The UMass team should be deep into its off-season training program.
The UMass strength and conditioning program is headed by Coach Bob Otrando and assisted by former UMass QB Anthony Catterton as well as Assistant Strength Coach Chris Boyko.
