His Quarterback rankings are here. Read the notes about the rankings here. Keep in mind several things when considering his rankings of the UMass recruits:
- We did not sign a QB this year.
- The rankings do not cover transfers or JUCOs
- Since UMass had five JUCOs or transfers (six counting Tim Washington), our class will not rank high by his ratings.

Why didn't Brown recruit a quarterback? I assume Brown projects Coen as a starter pssibly form 3 years, but it leaves only untested Humphry as a backup.
Interesting. I think we did recruit QBs and did not get what we want.
I get the feeling that Brown likes Randy Polillo as the third guy.
I agree that three time A10 Rookie-of-the-week Liam Coen is the UMass starter for the next three years unless he gets hurt.
The other big hole in our class was only one defensive lineman. We signed one DT and no DE's.
I thought at the end of the season OL's and DL's were a priority for UMass. We signed one freshman OL and one JUCO OL. And a total of one JUCO DL.
Maybe we are waiting one some I-A transfers???
