For the UMass team:

• A trip to the playoffs
  
• A year free from injury
• A 3.0 gradepoint average to all

For the UMass Coaching staff:

• Recognition for all they do for the team and the University
• Lots of big recruits who run real fast
  
• A chance to coach in the National Championship game.
