I think Josh Atwood at center and Max Longman at one tackle position are locks to start. Maybe Ethan Mottinger and Cole Garcia at guard. Probably Ben Bohnenberger or Johnny Hassard for the other tackle.

There have been a number of studies that indicate special teams are involved in victory or defeat in about one third of all games. Missed field goals cost UMass two or three wins during the Whipple era. George Georgopoulos was an excellent punter, but it did not make much of a difference because opposing offenses scored no matter what their starting position was.
