UMass has offered to AJ Richardson, a 6-1 245 pound transfer portal LB from Norfolk State.

Was named FCS National Defensive Player-of-the-Week in October.
Richardson was named a freshman FCS All-American for his first year at Norfolk State. He would be in line for a lot of playing time in Coach Harasymiak's new-look UMass defense.
