The Eagles went 9-4 in 2022. Eastern Michigan had two notable victories in 2022. They ran over Power Five Arizona State (305 yards rushing) and the Eagles scored a decisive win over San Jose State in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl.
This year they play at Minnesota and have to play both Toledo and Northern Illinois on the road. Beating beating the Rockets or the Huskies could make Eastern Michigan MAC West champs.
