Twenty-four UMass players made Dean's list in the Spring semester. The academic turn around in Amherst is in full swing.

Boston College is told the ACC will play a league-plus-one schedule where the extra opponent must be in-state. That would mean UMass would be the only available FBS opponent in Massachusetts.
