UMass Football News--September 19th, 2019

Josh Walfish reports UMass stays invested in building the program. Everyone knew this year was going to be tough. We have an excellent recruiting class coming in in 2020. It'll get better.

UMass adds 24 updates to the Minutemen's future schedules. The Minutemen needed some pay games for the 2021 schedule and have added Pitt and Florida State. UMass has some connections with both programs.

Additions not previously discussed are:

Sept. 4, 2021 – at Pitt
Oct. 23, 2021 – at Florida State
Sept. 2, 2023 – at Auburn
Nov. 4, 2023 – vs. Merrimack
Sept. 21, 2024 – vs. Wagner
Sept. 6, 2025 – at Boston College (rescheduled from Sept. 17, 2022)
