The Orlando Sentinel ranks UMass #124 in its 2019 FBS preview.
A couple of years ago one FBS source (Lindy's ?) ranked the Minutemen #130. Just after last season, around the first of December, I was thinking UMass might deserve a bottom ranking in 2019. Coach Bell's hiring and his convincing Isaiah Rogers and Bilal Ally to return plus a pretty good recruiting haul changed my assessment. I doubt we'll exceed last year's win total, but I believe things will improve in 2020. I'm having fun and I think the team is too. Things are trending up for UMass football and fans like us!
