Jarvis Miller, a 6-2 223 pound OLB from Penn State has Tweeted he will transfer to UMass as a graduate transfer.

OLB is a position UMass where we could use some help and depth. Hopefully Miller will have an outstanding year in 2019. He played in 33 games for Penn State. Recorded 23 tackles, 1 SACK, 1 FF.
