Buffalo was picked by pundits (both Athlon and Lindy's) to contend for the MAC championship and at Week #8 the Bulls are 3-0 in league play.
They also have one the the MAC's best defenses and UMass has the worst offense in all of college football. That's not a good match-up for the Minutemen.
However, the only way to improve is to go out there and grind away. The UMass defense has played decently in spots. Any offensive improvement (maybe score a TD) will be welcome.
