Jamal Shakespear, a 5-10 180 pound athlete from West Bloomfield, MI has a UMass offer.
Shakespear plays QB in HS, but probably projects as a WR/S/CB in college. He has offers from Marshall and Kent State. He could get an excellent education and be part of the new UMass football history in Amherst.
