Neeo Avery, a 6-5 230 pound edge rusher from Good Counsel HS in MD has de-committed from Penn State.
When Avery committed to Penn State he had UMass among his final four of Kentucky, Georgia and Penn State.
Avery has scheduled a visit to Kentucky.
