The UMass athletic dept has announced three assistant coaches have joined Coach Brown's staff.

Joining the staff will be Damian Mincey who will coach running backs. This is the second stint in Amherst for Mincey as he worked as TE coach under Coach Brown. Mincey was an assistant coach for UMass from 2006-2011.
