Several recruiting services indicate UMass has offered to Tancey Richardson, a 6-0 180 pound athlete from Sout Aitken HS in South Carolina.

Partial quote from a 11/18 Scout.com article by Matt Weaver:

"Richardson is a standout on both sides of the ball for a 9-1 South Aiken team that is still alive in the state playoffs. On defense he has recorded 57 tackles, three interceptions including one he returned for a TD, one tackle for loss, one fumble recovery and forced fumble. On offense he has 368 yards rushing and 298 yards receiving and nine total touchdowns. On special teams he has two kick returns for scores and one punt return for a touchdown."
